Stacey A. Gordon is Founder and CEO of Rework Work which provides a holistic view to reworking what doesn't work about work. Not only does she help professionals to obtain a job they will love, but also, she helps companies be the employer who will love them back.
 
Known for her unconventional work style, her East Coast attitude and her resourcefulness in any situation, Stacey has worked with professional organizations, to create career workshops, leadership presentations and virtual trainings. Stacey knows that like her, not everyone takes the most traditional path in their career. Her entrepreneurial spirit has allowed her to leverage her years of recruiting experience and work in various industries to provide a unique perspective on diversity as it relates to careers.
 
Currently, Stacey is the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources in the United States. She is the author of a book titled The Successful Interview: 99 Questions to Ask and Answer (and Some You Shouldn't) and three LinkedIn e-learning courses titled Recruiting for Diversity, Awareness of Unconscious Bias and Writing a Resume. Her writing has appeared in several career related blogs, on Forbes.com and Monster.com as well as in Essence and Black MBA Magazine. She has also appeared on FoxBusiness.com.
