Jessica Hobson currently serves as a Partnership & Promotion Specialist at the Center for Connected Medicine (CCM), a collaborative health care briefing center located in the headquarters of UPMC.  In her role as Partnership & Promotion Specialist, Jessica is primarily responsible for managing on-site marketing for Partner Organizations and Portfolio Companies.

 Prior to joining the CCM, Jessica served in a variety of human resources related positions at UPMC. She began her journey as a Worksource Temporary Employee with the Campus Programs team, and continued on to complete the Human Resources Summer Associates Program with Talent Acquisition. After completing the leadership development program, Jessica continued her journey as an Employment Specialist to support the recruitment efforts of the Campus Programs and Workforce Development teams, also managing local/national recruitment events and student affiliation agreements for the enterprise.

Jessica also served as an Engagement & Inclusion Consultant with UPMC. In her role as a Consultant, Jessica was responsible for addressing the needs of diverse customers through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives, developing financial strategies to support community based and minority owned organizations, as well as analyzing workforce disparity metrics and providing project leadership to enhance brand aspirations.

 Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management & Technology from Carlow University, as well as a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University.
