Louis James career and personal interests have focused on supporting local small businesses with technical assistance, and providing guidance to non-profit organizations on community engagements. He graduated with a business degree at Bronx Community college and continues his education at Lehman College studying accounting, Louis was a trailblazer in sales and leadership and business development at Westgate Resort. He later transitioned to a career with Fifth Third Bank.  Currently, Louis serves in the capacity of regional financial educator for Florida for Fifth Third Bank. Overall Louis has 22 years of management experience.

Louis has been married for 14 yeas this September with 2 children, one boy and one girl. Louis was a board member on YMCA, NABA and served as a past African American Chair for the business resource group. Louis works closely with the Orange County, Volusia County and Seminole county down assistances for first time home buyers.

Louis has donated countless hours too many organizations in her community. He provides financial literacy on a large scale to the community. Louis is working with Mid Florida Housing to creating a down payment assistance program in Daytona Beach, Deland, Deltona, and Flagler Beach. Louis is willingly gives his time to serve others, and he takes great pride in providing missionary work through his church. 

A quote by Yoda from Star Wars: “Do or do not do because there is no such thing as try” has left a lasting impression on the way I view success.  When you are determined to achieve your goals, there is no such thing as trying.  In my opinion, trying is a word meant to give failure power.  It's a justification. In truth, all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us!
