Margie L. Gamble is the owner of Mseigram Consulting L.L.C.; a human resources consulting company specializing in talent management, organizational development, career development and much more.  She is also a Senior Generalist in organizational development and learning with Charleston County Government, as well as an adjunct faculty member with Trident Technical College.  Ms. Gamble has over 20 years of human resources experience in both the public and private sector.  She obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University.  Ms. Gamble also has a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®), a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and a Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO) certifications.   Ms. Gamble is affiliated with several professional organizations.  
Ms. Gamble is a member of the National Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and Chairperson of the St. Andrews Parish Neighborhood Association (St, APNA).  She also served as Chairperson of the Diversity Committee for Tri County Human Resource Management Association (TCHRMA) and Chairperson of the Charleston County Diversity Committee.  Ms. Gamble and NAAAHR SC Low County has developed a partnership with Jenkins Institute in which they mentor the residents of the institute.  They have developed the Future Professional Certificate Program for Jenkins Institute which provide residents of the institute with training in professionalism.  Ms. Gamble’s membership in professional organizations and her work experience reflects a plethora of knowledge in the field of Human Resources.    
Through her volunteer work with the local shelter for abused women and children, Ms. Gamble provides workshops on job search, cover letter & resume development, interviewing skills, and dressing for success.  She also partners with Prudential Financial, the Volvo Open, the College of Charleston, Palmetto Warrior Connection and several local businesses for the annual Veterans/Military Readiness Workshop & Hiring Fair in April and the Annual Veterans Day Celebration in November.
