SUBMITTING SITE VERBIAGE: The following items should be submitted for chapter’s site.

Items should be proofread in advance by the chapter and submitted in a Microsoft word document.
Leadership Photos (Full Color, Jpeg and 200-300 DPI Resolution)
Videos must be clear and professionally recorded.
WEEK 1
All content for site should be submitted.

WEEK 2
Development/updates will begin and complete.

WEEK 3
Site Review by Chapter ( 24 Hours from Completion)
All updates and revisions should be submitted by chapter. (24 hours from Review)
Modifications (Completed within 48 hours from initial review)
Final Review (24 hours after modification)
Launch (48 hours from Final Review)
Please note if there is a delay in submitting content, reviewing the site, submitting updates and/or replying and signing off on the final review, it will prolong the launch of the Chapter’s site.

There should be one person assigned from each chapter to serve as the liaison/Single Point of Contact while communicating with the Webmaster. No exceptions.
