Christopher Brown currently serves as a compensation associate for the retail banking compensation team at PNC Bank. In his current role, he is responsible for aligning various business segments on retail compensation philosophies that are dictated by market trends.
Prior to becoming a compensation associate Christopher completed the PNC HR Development Program. Throughout the program Christopher was able to rotate through various HR sectors including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, and Talent Management.
Christopher has also held multiple human resource internships with VILLA, a midsized retail company, as well as The Pennsylvania State University’s HR Internship. These respective roles allowed him to build his expertise within the Human Resource field while analyzing policies and strengthening risk controls in two very different industries.
Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Labor & Employment Relations with a focus in Economics.
